Intuition vs Judgement! One is a force of nature, the other a human construct.

There is a lot of confusion around judgement and intuition. They are very different!

One is from the human mind, the other is a force of nature often connected with the heart; an awareness associated with consciousness.

When someone says, “I have a powerful intuition” — especially if they are speaking it out loud; often means they have advanced skills in judging others. Judgement is not intuition.

So how do we separate these two ideas?

Some will tell you that intuition comes from the heart! But what does that mean? You can’t see it coming out of your heart. Most people cannot identify where a thought or feeling came from.

There are many ways of figuring this out, but one of the best methods for tuning into where an impulse or reaction came from is in the time it took to arrive. Literally, how many seconds did it take for the reaction to take shape and be perceived.

I have often referenced the book, “mBraining” by Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka, a book that presents a significant amount of data from experiments done in many recognized universities of the world; demonstrating that the Heart reacts to ideas before the brain does. There are measurable electric impulses coming off of the heart 2 to 3 seconds before electric impulses are measured coming from the brain.

The Heart reacts before the brain does!

Our intuitions come in an instant. You often hear people say, “my initial reaction was…”

With some practice, one can learn to recognize these initial impulses, to help determine whether the reaction is coming from a mental construct/belief system or pure objective observation. Calming the mind is the first step. Deep breathing can help with that.

Meditation is another step, but needs more practice, in terms of dealing with initial healing. When one calms down the mind, certain thoughts will come up from the well of the subconscious. There is much to talk about on this topic, but not here.

Judgement, on the other hand, takes more time and develops and grows into a mental invention that can lead a person; in this case the Judge, down the garden path of their own imagination. Inventing scenarios that are not real; not even happening. Imagination runs wild!

One of the big issues with judgmentalism is that We are the judge and jury… in our head! We are the creators of the situation and the executioner. There are no checks and balances in place to verify what is truly going on. Meanwhile, very often, nothing happened. We put ourselves through traumatic emotion for a false flag, an invention of our own imagination.

I’ve always liked this quote by Mark Twain:

Intuition has no judgement.

Judgement is from the rational mind.

Intuition is from the heart and it is a clean perception.

Judgement is attached to opinion, agenda, personal gain and desired outcome.

Judgement is complicated.

Intuition is not!
